You likely bring: • 10–15+ years of software engineering experience • Strong architectural background in enterprise software • Experience modernizing legacy systems • Proven leadership experience (team size 10–30+) • Strong technical grounding in languages such as C++, C#, Java or similar • Experience with Dynamics F&O technical architecture and ERP extension models is highly valued • Hands-on experience with or architectural responsibility for X++ solutions is considered a significant advantage • Solid understanding of distributed systems, security, and DevOps practices • Experience with CI/CD, release management, and structured engineering governance • Experience from SaaS, ERP add-on, or integration-heavy environments Experience with Kubernetes, cloud migration, AI-assisted development tools, or ERP platforms (e.g., Dynamics F&O) is considered an advantage.
